While we are the largest building products and materials company in North America, we also are the proud
reflection of the hundreds of local, regional and family businesses which form the fabric of Oldcastle.

on leadership

There are two salient attributes that define leadership at Oldcastle. First, our leaders and managers are accorded
a high degree of control and autonomy. Second, Oldcastle has more opportunities for professionals who want
to run a business than any other company in our industry. That’s due, in part, to our sheer size and geographical
diversity which includes a growing list of more than 1,700 locally managed operations. Leaders with an
entrepreneurial spirit who want to make a difference will find a challenging yet nurturing environment at Oldcastle.
